Alexandra Greenhill

Recognized as one of Canada’s leading physicians in digital health innovation, Dr. Greenhill is adept at translating digital developments into meaningful advancements for both business and society that help people live life well.

She believes entrepreneurship and technology hold the answers to the greatest issues we face today. Particular expertise in starting up new projects and bring up to scale.

Alexandra has spent her entire career caring for people’s health and wellbeing. After decades in the healthcare system, she now leads Careteam Technologies, a team of health care visionaries that are using their expertise in software, hardware, AI and UX, as well as privacy, security, quality improvement, evidence-driven innovation and adoption at scale to take on the biggest healthcare challenge: the fragmentation of our healthcare “systems” through a ground-breaking Patient-Centered Collaboration (PCC) platform.

Always contributing to her communities, Alexandra has:

– Served on many boards including the Canadian Society of Physician Executives, the Canadian Institute for Child Health and was Chair of the BC Conseil Scolaire Francophone, a public school board with 37 schools, twice elected as a school trustee.

– Been a mentor and a judge in many Hackathons and Startup Weekends and is a firm believer in paying it forward as acknowledgement for the great mentorship received along the way.

– Received numerous awards, including only Canadian to be the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award Laureate, WXN’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada, YWCA Women of Distinction Award (Entrepreneurship), the BIV Top 40 under 40, Digital Health Canada’s Women Leaders in Digital Health, Canadian Medical Association’s Joule Innovation Award and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal of Service.
