Charlyne is the Former Program Director for the VC backed Accelerator GrowLab, Founding Director of Career Services at Lighthouse Labs and a long time Advisor&Mentor at Launch Academy. Charlyne has seen under the hood of 100’s of startups and is passionate about working with founders and supporting them in operationalizing their vision.
Charlyne now offers Fractional HR Services and Startup Coaching through her own venture, Sova Operations, where she believes that regardless of size companies and their employees deserve good people practices.
