Matt is a serial entrepreneur and passionate investor. He is an advisor or investor in dozens of startups including Alto, Optimizely, Gusto, PhenomPeople, Clora, GrabCAD, Lyte, Worklife, Addressable, Appcues, Lift Aircraft, Cambridge Cancer Genomics, Bank Novo, Tenderd, Taprecruit, True&Co, Incredible Health, CREXi, and more. He loves b2b SaaS, Marketplaces and HR Tech companies in particular, and have been investing in tech since 2011.

Most recently co-founded Hired, a San Francisco-based startup in 2012 (then-named DeveloperAuction) to disrupt the recruiting industry after being frustrated with the status quo and the existing solutions on the market.
