Eric has been training and competing in martial arts for over 20 years. He has trained in Kyokushin Karate, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, No Gi Jiu-jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and is now actively competing in MMA under the tutelage of former UFC fighter Kajan Johnson. Eric also teaches powerlifting, weightlifting and weight loss as he has lost over 70 pounds on his own weight loss journey. Martial arts and fitness were pivotal in changing Eric’s life when he was at his lowest both mentally and physically; now he is trying to give back by teaching everything he has learned to his students. Eric’s purpose with teaching is helping his students achieve their goals whatever they may be whether it is fitness, weight loss, learning new skills, or they’re looking to compete. For those that are looking to enroll their kids into martial arts, Eric also has classes available for younger students starting from the age of 5.
